01 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• Age. You are at least 21 years of age. tkp888 operates a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be closed immediately and any funds therein forfeited or returned at tkp888's sole discretion.
• Jurisdiction. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location. tkp888 does not warrant legality of access from any specific jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are not acting on behalf of any third party and you are not using the Platform in a professional or commercial capacity on behalf of another person.
• Single Account. You do not hold, and will not attempt to open, more than one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Non-Exclusion. You are not subject to a self-exclusion order placed through tkp888's Responsible Gaming tools or through any applicable third-party exclusion scheme.
• Accurate Information. All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.

03 Account Registration

To access wagering services on tkp888, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid email address, a username, a secure password, and such other information as the Platform may request from time to time. You agree that:

• Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your Account, whether or not authorized by you.
• You will notify tkp888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account by contacting support via live chat or email.
• tkp888 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Accounts registered with false, incomplete, or misleading information may be suspended without prior notice and funds withheld pending investigation.

04 KYC & Identity Verification

tkp888 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. To that end, Members are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and at such other times as the Platform deems appropriate. Verification may require submission of:

• Government-issued photo ID. A legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or equivalent document.
• Proof of payment method ownership. Evidence that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., a bank statement header showing your name and account number).
• Additional documentation. Where deposits exceed certain thresholds or where tkp888's risk systems flag unusual activity, additional documentation may be requested, including a selfie with your ID or a recent utility bill.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the time frame specified by tkp888 support may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges. tkp888 processes and stores all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

05 Deposits

tkp888 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified local payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard. The standard minimum is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallets.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where identification is possible, or may be held pending investigation.
• tkp888 does not charge deposit fees. Any charges levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's responsibility.
• Credited amounts are typically reflected in your Account within 2–15 minutes for most bank transfers and instantly for most e-wallet channels, subject to the availability of banking systems at the time of transaction.
• tkp888 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity or policy violation.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Member's name. The following conditions govern all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be requested after KYC verification has been completed to tkp888's satisfaction.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are displayed within the Account dashboard. Typical processing time is 1–24 hours after a request is submitted, depending on the payment method and time of submission relative to WIB business hours.
• tkp888 does not charge withdrawal fees. Third-party banking charges remain the Member's responsibility.
• Bonus credit that has not met the applicable wagering requirement is not withdrawable and will not be included in withdrawal calculations.
• tkp888 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing time. Members will be notified via their registered contact details if additional verification is required.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, tkp888 may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation. Such holds will be communicated to the Member where legally permissible.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

tkp888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion and to the general conditions below:

• Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Example: a 30× wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal.
• One Bonus Per Member. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses may result in forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Football betting and live casino games may contribute at different rates to slot games. Contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Validity Period. Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period specified on the promotion. Upon expiry, the bonus balance and any associated winnings not yet cleared are removed from the Account.
• Abuse & Arbitrage. tkp888 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms. What constitutes abuse is determined at tkp888's reasonable discretion.
• Modification. tkp888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Members with bonuses already claimed will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of their claim.

08 Betting & Game Rules

tkp888 offers wagering across multiple product categories including football betting (judi bola), live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), crash games, and table games. The following general rules apply across all product categories:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. Placed bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance by the Platform, except where tkp888 explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for a specific market.
• Odds, game outcomes, and payouts are determined at the time a wager is settled. In the event of a technical error during settlement, tkp888 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes.
• For live and in-play markets, odds are updated in real time. The odds at the moment of confirmed bet placement are the binding odds for that wager.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or significantly altered in format from what was originally offered, tkp888 will apply the settlement rules published for that specific market. In the absence of specific rules, stakes will generally be returned.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per sport may apply and are published within the Platform. Winnings that would exceed these limits will be capped at the stated maximum.
• tkp888 uses third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe) whose own game rules govern specific game mechanics. Members are advised to review in-game rules before placing wagers.

09 Responsible Gaming

tkp888 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours after a change request.
• Session Time-Outs. Members may apply a temporary pause on their Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion. Members who believe their gambling is becoming problematic may request permanent or extended self-exclusion. Self-excluded Members must not attempt to re-register; any Account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed and funds returned.

10 Prohibited Conduct

Members must not engage in any of the following conduct. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple Accounts on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using the Platform if under 21 years of age or if subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the Platform to launder proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be forfeited.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from tkp888.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members, including but not limited to sharing information in live poker, multi-tabling to guarantee positions, or coordinating bets to exploit promotional terms.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or otherwise dispute a valid deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider while the corresponding funds remain in or have been wagered from your Account.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the tkp888 brand identity — is the property of tkp888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of tkp888. Unauthorized use of Platform content or trademarks may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkp888 excludes all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the Platform and its services. In particular:

• tkp888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or secure from unauthorized access at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.
• tkp888 is not liable for losses arising from third-party game malfunctions, server errors, network interruptions, or any force majeure event outside tkp888's reasonable control.
• tkp888 is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether or not tkp888 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• tkp888's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits tkp888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Termination & Account Closure

Termination by Member. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to tkp888 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification requirements and any pending KYC review.

Termination by tkp888. tkp888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account with or without notice where:

• A Member has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Platform.
• A Member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct.
• tkp888 is required to do so by a competent authority or applicable law.

In cases of termination for cause, tkp888 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and may, where fraud or breach is confirmed, forfeit the balance of the Account. Members whose Accounts are closed for cause will not be entitled to any bonus credit or associated winnings.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tkp888 is incorporated and holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact tkp888 support to seek an informal resolution. tkp888 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 14 WIB business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration institution as designated by tkp888.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.

15 Amendments to These Terms

tkp888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, tkp888 will provide reasonable notice to Members via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform upon next login.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account as set out in Clause 13 above. The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent version of these Terms.
